Harvest Recommendations
Harvest grapes when they taste right. Color is not an accurate indicator. If the grapes never sweeten, you have probably chosen the wrong variety for the area where you live. Cut entire clusters off rather than pulling them off.
Grapes to be dried into raisins should be allowed to stay on the vine longer to develop more sugar. However, do not leave them so long that they begin to fall off.
Storage and Preservation Methods
Fresh eating, dry, or bottle whole or for juice, using cold or hot-pack canning methods (pressure cooking is not required)
