Another important thing to do is to look at your shed roof. If your shed is covered with roofing tiles, make sure all of them are in their places. You might need to replace some of them that got damaged or came off during winter. If your shed roof is made of other types of material, it should be inspected as well. Repair all weak spots on the roof to ensure it perfectly protects your garden shed against the weather.
Along with the roof walls and foundation should get inspected too. Make all needed repairs and paint your garden shed with some bright color to make it ready for a new season.
Now you are ready to clean the inside of your shed. Clean and oil all your gardening tools and equipment. You might want to throw some of broken ones away and buy new tools instead. Rearrange your tools and organize everything in your shed to be convenient to use.
